Tucson Mercantile Association records, 1872-1890.

Summary: Correspondence and record of the association relating to setting prices and obtaining and paying for bank loans. There is a list of Tucson's member merchants as well as a list of merchants who were not members. Correspondence from Cochise County merchants to banks in Pima and Cochise Counties consists of requests for loans or transmittals of payments. There is a lease, in Spanish, between Leopoldo Carrillo and Leopold Wolf, 1872, for Tucson property. Also present are lists of prices established for iron and sheeting and one ledger detailing goods bought from P. Lazarus and L.M Jacobs.
